Perspective

In December 2023, I embarked on a two-week journey to Egypt, eager to explore the vibrant marine life of the Red Sea. Originally planned as a scuba diving trip, unforeseen circumstances meant I could only snorkel—but this unexpected shift offered a new and breathtaking perspective.  

From dawn until dusk, I ventured out with the Nikon D850, D700, and Z8, all in Nauticam housings, experimenting with different cameras to capture the underwater world from the surface. What I discovered was nothing short of extraordinary—an ecosystem teeming with life, colour, and movement, proving that sometimes, a change in plans leads to the most remarkable discoveries.
